WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you fill out a connect card here at ChurchOne, or provide your details via our online connect form, we collect your personal contact details such as your name, email, contact number etc. When you submit this to us, you are  “Opting In” to allow ChurchOne access to this information. This information is directly related to the Pastoral Care of each person or family, and never shared with any external marketing or other sites or networks. The gathering of your information is so that we can provide relevant (and age-appropriate) care for each person who calls ChurchOne home, and of course so that we can contact you!
 

Email Updates: We may send emails from time to time to keep you up to date with what is happening in the life of ChurchOne.

Text Outs: On occasions we will send you a text, with the purpose of letting you know about an upcoming event or any changes.

 

Social Media and Photography/Film:
As part of the promotion of ChurchOne, we have photographers and videographers who record our services and events. These images/videos may be used on our promotional material, both printed, and on our Social Media pages or website. If there is a reason you do not want your photo to be included this way, please send us an email to info@churchonegc.org, and we will make sure our media team are made aware of this.

We reserve the right to modify this statement at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon posting on the website.
